Allen Schild entered the Real Estate Industry in 2005 after purchasing his first home.  Before selecting his Realtor, Allen met with four other Real Estate Agents.  Each agent brushed off because he only wanted to spend less than $125,000 on the purchase of his first home.  One agent even told him flat out "Sorry, but I only work with buyers who are willing and able to purchase a home for $200,000 or more".  Another agent said "I don't like working with first-time homebuyers, they're too much work!"  Several weeks later, Allen found an agent who treated him like a person, not a paycheck.  This agent helped Allen find the right home for him.  Having enjoyed the homebuying process from start to finish, and with the encouragement of his agent, Allen became a licensed Real Estate Agent. 

Since 2005, Allen sales have more than doubled each year and his business continues to grow as word spreads of the unique buying and selling experience he provides his clients. 

Allen specializes in assisting buyers and sellers purchase and sell condos, townhomes, multi-unit (i.e. 2-flat) and single-family homes within the City of Chicago and Evanston. 

Currently, Allen resides in Uptown along with his Fiancee, Becca and their two dogs, Merci and Lucky.
